About this game

Whalefall is a falling-block puzzle set in the deep water below the reef. Pieces sink from the surface one at a time — steer them, spin them and settle them on the seafloor. Fill a whole row and it washes away; clear four at once for a WHALEFALL and a big bonus. The deeper your score goes, the faster everything sinks.

How to play

Move the sinking piece with the arrow keys and rotate it with Up, X or Z. Space slams it straight to the bottom, C tucks it into the hold pocket for later. On a touch screen: drag sideways to move, drag down to sink faster, flick down to slam, and tap to rotate. Pause any time with P or the button in the top corner. Fill complete rows to clear them — clearing multiple rows at once scores far more, and every 10 lines the current speeds up. The run ends when the stack reaches the surface.
